COMPLAINT POLICY

Please note that although we make our best efforts for our flowers to be uniform, they are live and may look different than what’s pictured on the website.

In the unlikely event that the flowers which are delivered are destroyed, withered, or the box that the flowers are in has been damaged – you should immediately contact us and send us pictures of the damage / wilted flowers to: shop@roseduchateau.com or by MMS to +48 533 154 740. Because the flowers are live any potential complaints should be made within 5 hours of the flowers being delivered. We will not be able to honor complaints made after the 5-hour window.
